This was a very busy time at the beach as many of the locals were enjoying the Chinese New Year. That is a very big holiday celebrated for a couple weeks. This year was the Year of the Tiger and it was on February 14, the day we were in Cambodia.

The temple was very beautiful. In Cambodia there are many “street children” that are very brazen beggars. It is very sad to see this as it appears these children are trained from a very young age to beg (see last picture of this series).

It was interesting to watch the one boat unload in the bay. As the tide went out the boat became stuck and the people had to wade to shore.
